Bikes: Isaac Impulse, Litespeed Solano, Mongoose Bosberg, Trek 5500, (recently sold Litespeed Classic, Scott Speedster Flat bar)

First, I am the first to agree that my Isaac is overpriced, but I got it for 30% off retail which is why I pulled the trigger. Just because I think a Pedal Force is a better value doesn't mean I want one. I like the aesthetics of my Isaac better.

As far a Pedal Force or my Mongoose being better than a pricier frame, yes it can be. My Mongoose is finished better than my Isaac but my Isaac will have a totally different ride quality. Would I pay almost $3k for the Isaace frameset? No, but I am gonna build that bike up for no more than $3200 which makes it a good value at the end of the day.

You seem to like to try to trap me in some contradiction, but I have said all along that I feel my Monoose is a better value but that doesn't mean I won't spend on a more expensive frame. I have owned 2 Rolexes for example that were no better than my Oris which costs less than 1/2 but the Rolexes had better resale value for me. But at the right amount of discount, I would buy any frame.
