I was looking myself for a couple years, but couldn't find any vintage touring frames in my size that I thought were reasonably priced. I did eventually luck out and find a beautiful 59cm x 59cm Centurion ProTour, which I have yet to complete. However, it's too nice to tour in foul weather. Just previous to finding the ProTour, I built up an aluminum Nashbar touring frame. You want long top tubes? Check out their 60cm frame (the largest I think). It's got a 61 cm TT. I have the 58cm frame, and it's got nearly a 60cm TT, too long for me. I'm hoping either the Fuji or Nishiki can replace it, though at 57cm x 57cm, they're a tad smaller than I'd like.
