Isn't this just a Surly Cross Check with track ends and disc brake mounts? Some of the older Kona Sutra models were like this, but they had more braze-ons and sliding dropouts.
The frame looks well-designed, and I like the color. It is not something new though. I'd rather have a Cross Check or Salsa Fargo.
