The other beauty of redoing the headset is that I can do it easily tonight and test it tomorrow on the commute. When it doesn't work, I can put another pair of pedals on for the next day. When that doesn't work, I've got all day friday to snarl about it before doing the cranks on the weekend. When that doesn't work, I can do a one week sale on ebay and get rid of the problem that way
