Without even reading the post I will say you can't. That is ride with your slower girlfriend. Here's why ... you won't enjoy it unless it is a bike path ride with kids, then neither of you will have any expectations of speed. It's too bad you decided to date a slow girl. Maybe you can hang out at some bike clubs and meet a fast girl. Seriously. Or maybe she isn't into riding and you guys can just do other things together.
