I'm 6'2.5" and 170ish - XL in Etxe Ondo. I could probably pull off Large as well. You'll have no trouble with XXL I'd say - go for it. No offense to the Assos folk but I tried some FI:13 S5's yesterday and the pad felt like a joke compared to the Etxe Ondo golden chamois - it seemed unnecessarily complex (note that this means almost nothing since I did not actually ride a bicycle with the Assos bibs on). My EO bibs make me feel like I'm naked... seriously. No annoyingly small leg grippers, straps that do their job but don't dig into your shoulders, amazing chamois - what more do you need?
