We topped out at 58 kph once. I wanted to see 60, but common sense (my wife) prevailed. That was the first ride on the new brakes, and they hadn't been bedded yet. That's bedded as in broken in, for you dirty minded bastids. A 2 inch tire feels real skinny at that speed too. Oh, you can pedal on the uphill parts, that will even it out.
