Here's my winter commuter, it's a Romic. The road salt and cold weather killed my derailleur setup pretty quickly. I tried a Nexus 7 speed internal hub as well, but the seals were not good enough to keep the bad stuff out, so this bike has become a single speed. I will continue to investigate multi-gear options.
