I took the frame to my LBS today and spoke to the manager there, a guy whose opinion I definitely trust. He took one look at the frame and said he wouldn't ride it. So, I called back the guy who I bought it from and told him that the frame had been in an accident. He's buying it back from me and I'm moving on.
