There not usually any teams in the 'B' grade...(well not officially anyway
)....the 'A' grade stuff is usually whoever wants to put a few bucks into the kitty....I don't think it's expensive....the prize money isn't huge & i reckon by the time they flog the TV rights, a couple of 'dinner with the stars', a major sponsor or 2 & you'd cover that alright. No-one is getting appearance money i wouldn't think
