It's definitely not a bad frame. $350 is not a screaming deal, but I wouldn't consider it horrible, either. The Strada you mention looks kind of like a 2002 - http://www.bianchiusa.com/past/2002/...10_strada.html though I'm not 100% sure - the 'LX' models may have been earlier. Reynolds 520 tubing ain't the lightest, but it sure is sturdy. The geometry's a little more relaxed than your Kilo TT - in other words, it'll feel a bit more 'stable' and a bit less 'twitchy' or 'nimble'.

As a final plus the Strada comes with tons of eyelets - perfect for mounting racks, fenders, panniers, you name it. It'd be a versatile ride for sure.
