This is what I do for breakfast:

1/2 cup lowfat homemade yogurt (easy to make!)
3/4-1 cup high fiber flakes (like Wheaties - whatever is on sale)
1-1 1/2 cups frozen berries (cheap at costco - but use whatever you've got)

This keeps me full all morning. Very healthy too.
