My wife picked up a nice 1980 Trek 412 at a garage sale this morning. It even came with an oversized Cannondale seat bag, with a few tools and a couple of spare tubes!! And a good frame pump! While the thrift stores have just about dried up, the garage sale and Craigs List finds are improving. Time to change my game plan!

This is my second 412 find this year (2009). The other one already has a new home. This one looks to be in really good condition. Needs tires, lever hoods, and cables. I already picked up several pairs of lever hoods from Niagara. Looks like I should have ordered more...
