Read the label. Frosted mini-wheats are whole wheat for fiber and vitamins with a modicum of sugar for quick energy. They are really good for you. You on Atkins? You seem to be down on carbs, even the "good" carbs. Study it--you'll be pleasantly surprised! Actually we're both right. A good breakfast would probably be minis and eggs. Then throw in some fruit and you're rockin in the AM.
