I made 2 finds this week. After much searching for a small frame for the wife I found one. Now I just how she enjoys riding and keeps it up. She's doing great so far.
I found a mint Miyata 110. This bike is perfect, not a scratch on it. The only thing it needed was need tape and a good cleaning and new tires. I used RobbieTunes clean method and it worked like a champ. If anyone knows what year it is please let me know.

The next one is a Falcon Harrier I got to flip. No I think I may make it a singlespeed, maybe. The cool thing is that it is made of Reynolds 453. I've never seen one made of that before.
