more fiber = more filling. examine how much fiber you are usually eating and how it corelates to how hungry you are later. I was amazed because I could eat endlessly, but when I ate more whole vegtables and whole grains with lots of fiber in them I ate less and stayed full longer.

Oh, I love the smoothy iowarose is talking about. I add a little bit of juice to it and a bannana cause the plain nonfat yogurt I get can be kind of tart.
