No actually I eat a lot of cereal and whole wheat pasta.
When I hear "frosted" I picture refined white sugar, something I don't need I don't think.
I am trying to stay away from junk food, white bread, white rice, etc.
Sugar is calorie dense, nutritionally low.
Something like a banana is not calorie dense, and is unprocessed.
Just my philosophy, once in awhile I';ll go crazy and drink a red bull or a Sunkist pop, I'm not perfect LOL
