Congrats Wolfpack, you will be comfy moving up thru the pack soon enough. And always remember that in Cat 4/5 race a crash will be immediately followed by someone putting the hammer down for a few minutes. Catching up to that is a pain if you don't expect it or respond right away. Also, and this is a tough one to learn, try to not slow down for crashes. Ride thru them. I know it's easier said than done and not always an option but the key is to not react to the crash by hitting your brakes. Very often the rider(s) going down in front of you will be out of the way by the time you get there.
