Given that the stock plastic pedals are my bike's weakest link, I'm looking for some quality replacements. I want to keep using clips and straps, and I'm a pretty heavy dude so something durable would be a plus. Size 13 feet, if that has any bearing on a recommendation, I guess it means don't recommend anything that works best for people with small feet.

And here's the special part: In a little nod to vanity, I'd like something that comes in black if possible. Anodized, powdercoated, doesn't matter how, I just really like the look of the black pedals with my bike so I want to keep that while upgrading to a better quality part.
