pick up some Miso from an oriental foods mart...you mix it with water, noil, and add what you want...we like a little shoyu, tofu, carrots, garlic slices, broccoli, cabbage and sprouts..add noodles too if you want..very versatile, easy and inexpensive.

another is pasta with extra virgin olive oil, good parm, carlic, crushed red pepper, broccoli or diced tomatoes if you want..sub cauliflower for broccoli or have both...quick, easy, and cheap (except the good parm which CAN go a long way)
