I did a search and could not come up with anything for fmiacycle. Maybe there is a name of another manufacturer somewhere else on the bike.

Here is my guess about it's background. It was probably a dept. store brand, maybe sold in the early 80s. The components and the frame look comparable to a Huffy or Freespirit, cottered cranks, safety levers, steel brake calipers. It looks like a Shimano eagle rear derailler and probably a thunderbird in the front. The rear dropouts also look like they may be crimped in place. I am only guessing 80's because of the foam handgrips.

That said, my wife has a huffy scout and she loves it, I overhauled it on the cheap and have it running pretty well. That is probably not worth much money, but it is unique and looks like it is in nice shape. Sorry I could not help on the specific brand.
