That bike has the Shimano FFS system on it. Many see that as a minus.
As is, $25ish. Cleaned, lubed, new tires, etc, $75-$120 depending on time of year and how hot your local market is.
edit: I just noticed one, described as in very good shape, for sale on my local CL for $85.
