Either these bikes only make sense to sell if they are ready to ride. Otherwise, the price will be so low, I would donate them. To make them ready to ride, you will need to be able to do all the work yourself, and be really careful on the parts, otherwise, again, donating them makes the most sense.
I picked up a Schwinn Suburban last week for $8, needs tires, cables, tubes (probably), and a clean up. At least the frame and paint are pretty nice. The buy did not make sense financially, but I decided to go with it. Worst case is that I will just strip it (nice vintage seat and pedals for example). Fully cleaned up and ready to go, I am figuring it will go for $75, $100 if I get really lucky. So for the hassle and time fixing it up, I might make $25...
So looks like you have a couple of bikes to donate.
