Yeah haven't seen much info on these either.

Chain reaction lists them as:

SRAM S300 Chainset 1.1 Courier Mirror Black with GXP Cups.

• Forged 6061 AL arms, 130BCD
• 48T ring, 7075 AL
• Mirror Black
• Arm Length - 165, 170 or 175mm
• 2-piece, GXP cups included

I think they're a single ring version of the cross/road s300 cranks that they make. SRAM stuff tends to be nice and stiff.

Other info (from Universal Cycles):
# Integrated GXP-Team bottom bracket with external bearing cups (supplied with 68mm English cups, 70mm Italian cups sold separately: TV-2123)
# 130mm BCD with 48t 7075-T6 anodized chainring (for 3/32" chains), steel chainring bolts, and a capless CrMo M15 crank bolt
# 715g @ 170mm with 115g BB cupset (mirror black arms/bolts with grey-anodized chainring)
