I plan to order my first SS in two weeks. After looking at bikes both local and online, I settled on the Kilo TT Pro. This is my first time ordering from BD, so therefore I have a few questions.

1- How much assembly is required when a bike is purchased from BD?

2- The flip/flop hub... is the freewheel hub included or is this something extra I need to buy? This will be a commuter and I have no reason to use the fixed gear side.

3- Standover hieght... here's where I get in trouble. The smallest frame has a 29" standover. My exact inseam is like 29.5". I wear a 27" pant leg. I think I can adapt to this, but does anyone see any super huge issues here?? My only other option is going with 650 wheels or custom frame, neither one I can afford right now.
