Gday Paul. Fuel light. If you normally have 7 weetbix, just do 3 or 4. Have a second brekky when you get home.
It's only a recovery ride (slow pace for an hour and a bit), so you could get by with a cup of OJ.
If I see you at mobil at 5:45 good, if not no problem.
