Does this bike have some sentimental value? $100 for new wheels for a Le Tour seems a pricey route to take. Couldn't you let it go with the basic wheel trueing and sell it on Craig's List to somebody who could live with those wheels? The bike used to be my dads and I've personally overhauled just about everything since he gave it to me. I really like the look of the bike and its ride and would love to keep it. Its a 63cm frame and from my searching, its pretty hard to find a nice bike that size.
