Yeah, I know the place. It's called Urban Recycle or something like that. Some bikeshops buy from them so they can appear retro-cool ( like Brunswick St Cycles ). Word of warning though - they tend to have only smallish sizes, so if you're a Gorilla ( or maybe Oran Utang is more appropriate ) like me, you'll be lucky to find any your size. Apparently, the old tops are actually bought by weight from Belgium or somewhere.

Imagine waking into a wholesaler and saying "I'll have 50 kilograms of random retro tops please"
