I googled the PB3H, and from what I can see (correct me if I am wrong) there are a couple of recesses, one in each end, from which it is suspended and a weight at the bottom.
You've got the basics of it. the weight is actually the battery, it swings on a pair of knobs that stick through some holes in the side...
As highly unlikely as it sounds, I was just hoping that the width would be the same for both, so all I had to do was drill some holes and snap it into place...like I could get that lucky
...anything harder than that, and I'd just go ahead and fabricate a whole new mount.
