I ride a pgn10 every day, love it so your frames good for a swap. The photo of the other bike is quite small so I can't tell too much but It looks ok. It might be best to ask for an original high quality photo and post it here along with any stickers identifing the frame material.
Also if your just swapping frame and fork It might be easyer to swap frame, fork, head set and bb. Good luck.
