This is why winter is awesome. Yes, you freeze your balls off, but nobody is on the road, even cyclists.
Having said that, on the weekends, it's pretty good until about 9:00AM. Weekdays are like weekends during non rush-hour hours. Basically, CP is crowded, which is why I don't ride there
