Bikes are very efficient which is to say you do not burn many calories using one. That said I suggest a folding bike (see forum) as it is easier to store and transport so you will likely use it more, and possibly use it for commuting.
I dont mind putting the time in on the bike because it would be more time outside being active and less time being lazy on the couch
As for storage I guess I could hang it on the wall or sleep with it in my bed...
