Those seem rather "thin" thought width wise, and while I am sure they are very puncture proof, they are expensive and dont look too "comfortable." I do only weigh in at around 145 lbs though, and ill be doing as light of touring as I can (while stilling carrying a sleeping bag / tent / hammock or some combo)
I think they are as wide as a lot of tires labeled 700x32 tires. I always consider 32mm pretty standard for road touring. On the TA my weight ranged from 195-205 and I was not loaded extremely light. I thought 32mm were about ideal and could have lived with 28mms. If I weighed 145, I would be running something in the 25-28 range. Different strokes though.
