I also purchased two model 302's from American Bicycle Security Company. They have good customer service, even honored a 5 month old quote due to a mistake when building managers changed. They recommend 5 feet in front of the doors according to the instructions, so one standard car spot is not wide enough if you orient them so that the doors are on the side. But I would think that 4 (possibly 5?) would fit in two adjacent car spots, giving you 8 to 10 bike lockers for the space of two cars. There are also vertical units, pie shaped units, you can probably maximize any space you have with the choices. I have not seen any that are stackable, and I wouldn't WANT to lift my bike into an upper unit, but I suppose two tiers could be done since I get my bike on top of my SUV by myself.
For two units (four bike storage, each bike its own door and compartment), My cost was around $3600 delivered to my place of employment's loading dock on two pallets. My employer donated the concrete pad and the labor to install them. I bought the ones that came with the t handle lock, other locking options exist.
You can get cheaper lockers by a few hundred dollars, but then they are reinforced plastic. I am satisfied with the product from ABSC. I suspect CACycling's lower cost was because the company was located closer, less shipping charges.
