Campy Skewer I.D.

I found this skewer in a Maillard hub on a Nishiki International of all places. I searched velobase and I figured it may be early record or Gran sport. I figured I would post it here just to satisfy my curiosity.

BTW: this thing was completely covered in rust when I got it. I disassembled it and soaked it in plain old vinegar for about 2 days.
