Bikes: "Hildy", a Novara Randonee touring bike; a 16-speed Bike Friday Tikit; and a Specialized Stumpjumper frame-based built-up MTB, now serving as the kid-carrier, grocery-getter.
Since this is a difficult situation, is there any way the OP can reinforce the frame, to buy a few seconds to slow to a stop if the frame starts to buckle?
