are you properly fitted on a 53cm frame at 5'6? seems like a smaller frame (with room to stretch) would give you more options.
neat frame though, i watched it for a minute but then decided that buying bike frames off of ebay is a waste of time and money. frames are usually go for at least 20 bucks and shipping is usually the same or more. if you have some time and motivation, you can find a complete bicycle at a thrift store for under $40. plus, you'll be able to see it in person, measure, and haggle.
