I just ran across sanner bikes on the net the other night. Nice looking lugged or tig welded frames for reasonable prices. I might be looking to purchase one in the future.

Sanner Bicycles [newwaybikes.com] is a small builder of lugged steel frames in Palo Alto, Ca. Picked the completed by up from LBS on April 1, our weather has been a little uncooperative [rain, snow and wind] so I've only ridden a couple hundred km. So far a very comfortable and satisfying ride.
