Let's agree that a great number of the current mass-produced steel frames are close to equal in quality. If I were in th OP's shoes, I would research the componentry of a stock Pista vs. BD.

I certainly share the opinion that a Bianchi Pista looks better than a BD bike, but that's simply a matter of color scheme/logotype/graphics etc.. Like every other individual, you just have to prioritize what is important to you in a new bike, then make your decision.
