I was looking at this frame myself. A previous poster was right, the lugs look sloppy eventhough their shape mimics and ornate look. The decals looks like other decals on cheap bikes. I bet this bike is very heavy with lead pipe tubing. I had an experience with a bike that had a "pinarello" sticker on it that looked like this visually. It was just a crappy lead pipe piece of crap. I would say wait for a frame with better tubing, because this looks like a heavy production bike. You can pick up frames on ebay sometimes for like $50 with 531 tubing if you look hard enough. I just bought a late 70s Trek with Reynolds 531 tubing, brooks saddle, and shimano 600 component group and it was only like 100 bucks or so. Plus, theres the hassle of getting French parts for a frame that really isnt worth it. Save the trouble get something better.
