Interesting, I didn't know they made classic bend carbon bars. How about this: keep the Easton stem and use oven cleaner (aka caustic soda or lye I believe) to strip the black anodizing off and polish it a nice shiny silver color? A bit of work, I know, but it would work. Then again, I think there are beaucoup polished silver 2-bolt stems like that Easton out there.
