All Carltons are good

You might have an easier time dating the components like the derailleur or even the Brooks. The Brooks were all dated but I have never cared enough to look. I don't know if Williams dated the crank arms.

A picture of the rear derailleur might help.

It has a pretty long chain stay which would say 60's but not as much fork sweap as I would expect.
