A toned down blue, like the "Mink Blue" on old Raleighs, would look good on this bike. I'd also vote for a deep green. Either color would work well with a metallic fleck. I really don't think a fade would look so great, as this frame seems more suited to townie or commuter builds where classic and simple color schemes seem to work a lot better.
