Honestly, this seems like a really good list. I'd buy the blue in a heartbeat, and both that and the green have the potential to yield really classy builds (esp with brown/honey leather). Chromed fork ends would be simply awesome (though maybe really only on the blue and green), but I imagine that would bump the price significantly (?). The remaining colors also seem like sensible, basic options. I strongly agree with your choice to put some luster in all but the gray, as I think matte would look worse on the remaining colors.
