Restoring a bike can be costly, depending on how accurate/period correct you want to be. However, you might be able to make it rideable for a relatively small investment. Any pics? And when you say your specs match...whose bike do they match? I'd be surprised if they match mine, as I don't believe the components shown were original. I've since passed the frameset on, as it was a bit small for me.
