Apply a little kitchen oil to the leftover sticky stuff and let it sit for an hour or so, then wipe it off. Not sure about Bianchi, but many manufacturers have taken to applying decals on top of the clear, though your heavy duty stripper may have eaten it away, in which case you'd need to strip the entire clear coat and reapply.
