You can find a Nitto Technomic for less than $50 if you shop around on line. Another option is the Profile H2O, which isn't as pretty but is more convenient because it has a removable face cap. I've got a black H2O in 90-degree rise with an 11 cm extension, if you're interested. With the rise and long quill, it will raise your handlebars about 5" above the headset (at least).

I've also got a silver Nitto UI-2 quill stem with removeable face-cap, 90 degree x 10 cm. It won't raise your handlebars as much as the H2O or Technomic but will raise more than most stems. Send me a PM if interested in either stem.
