do the really hard thing and go do the shopping for the family (or go along) and 'add' a few things for yourself, like veggies. Its amazin how many people actually will like broccoli when put on their plate.
I agree with the sentiment of your post, but the fact is that the only thing that matters when trying to lose weight is calories in < calories out. You would lose more weight eating 2000 calories of snickers a day than eating 3000 cal of fruits veggies and protein. Of course this would make you unhealthy and probably feel like ****, but I'm just saying, it really is quantity that truly matters when losing weight.
