Bikes: Mostly English - predominantly Raleighs

They're just parts, so no pictures yet.

I hit up the swap at the LBS before taking boxes to New Jersey this morning. Scored a set of 700c Weinmann concave clinchers (the narrow ones), laced to Campagnolo Record high flange hubs with flat skewers, and a 6 speed SunTour Winner freewheel - all in really nice shape (except for dull spokes) after a quick clean-up. $50.00.

The swap was still on when I got back, and since I rushed on my way out, I stopped back again. One of the guys at the LBS said he'd noticed I'd bought one Record wheelset and asked if I'd seen the other. It was still there - another set of High Flange with flat skewers, laced to 27" Ambrosia clinchers, with a huge honkin' SunTour perfect freewheel 14-17-20-24-28-32. Again, in remarkably good shape - and with tubes and tires that might still be usable. These were quite the rip-off at $40.00. I also found a set of ttt Criterium bars with a single groove attached to a ttt black anodized 110mm stem. Combined cost of this arrangement - $10.00.

Now I don't feel so bad about not being able to get to T-Town next Saturday.
