All plexiglass, with exception to the top section that houses the fluorescent lamp. I'd give you the name of the fellow who built it for me in North Miami, but he has since gone out of business.
That said, I dare say one could construct one themselves quite easily with the proper cutting tools and plexiglass epoxy.
